Spring has arrived here in the Byron Shire and we are busy!!

On Holidays!!

Just to let you know that we are away this week, back in action by the weekend.

New design....and the little girls just love it !!

These are the softest shoes you can give a young child when they begin to walk.

The tops are cotton lycra which has been hand dyed with low toxic sun reactive dye. This pair is pinks and purples with miniature horses and the sweetest horse shoes.

The soles are soft suede leather, and they are bound in a pink cotton trim.

Inside is a layer of pure wool felt, so snuggly and cosy.

This pair is

13cms in length (5.1")
approx age 12 months.

This print is now avaiable to custom order in all sizes.

Wow....it's hot,hot.hot!!

Not that i'm complaining ! Our dye is low toxic and sunreactive so we need lots of sunshine - especially at this time of year !!!!

We are working very hardest to make sure you all get the slippers you need as soon as possible, but please do bare with us. Each pair is hand dyed, hand cut and individually stitched to ensure a great quality product that you and your kids will Love ;-))

Another beautiful day in paradise!

Just a quick update because the sun is shinning and just for the day we have put away all the dye and stencils! We are off to Byron to lunch at the market and cool off with the boards in the ocean.

We are now taking orders for delivery w/b mon 14th feb -oooh Valentines day, must print some extra pairs of our love hearts, they make the perfect Valentines gift :-))

Hi there, and a very happy New Year to you all. Wow, what a busy time for us here at SunShadow slippers - It's our very busiest time of year. Lots of Our Australian Steiner Waldorf schools need their slippers for the children when they return to school later this month.
Luckily when you work from home, and home is nestled in paradise life is not too hard !!!
